Your Progress page

Dive into your progress and efforts in the progress page.

Written by Product Team

A quick walk through your Progress tab, top to bottom: The Progress page is where you see your whole journey in one place. Open it by tapping Progress in the bottom navigation, then scroll:

Your profile picture

At the top left, tap your profile picture to change it. Upload a photo from your phone's gallery, or take a new one with your camera.

Your why

Tap to write the reason behind your journey (up to 200 characters). Stuck? Tap an example prompt. You can edit it any time.

Weight

Your weight over time, with your start, current and goal figures and a status line like "On track!" showing how close you are to your next milestone. (Appears once you've set a weight goal.)

Progress images

Slide between your before and after photos. Switch between front, side and back, and pick which two dates to compare.

Body measurements

Tap a tab per body part (waist, stomach, thigh, chest and more) to see it over time and how much it's changed since you started. You'll see every body-measurement area here, no matter which measurements your coach includes in your check-ins.

Efforts

Switch between Nutrition, Steps, Sleep, Water and Activities. One time-frame switch (past week / past month / past 3 months) sets the period for all of them. Each shows a headline number, a trend chart, the change versus last period, and your goals.

Check-in

At the very bottom, tap to start or edit your check-in.

Good to know: the page adapts to you, so sections only show when they're relevant. Steps, activities and sleep come from Apple Health or Health Connect (or what you log) — Sleep isn't on Android yet.

FAQ

Where are my tasks, habits and goals?
Those live on your Today page, not here. The Progress page is for looking back at how you're tracking over time.

Can I edit my check-in from here?
Yes — your check-in is at the bottom of the Progress page, where you can start or edit it.

Can I change my weight goal myself?

Lite and Bootcamp clients can update their weight goal via the Progress page → weight progress → three dots → Edit weight goal.
