Tracking and Managing Your Goals in the Client App

We’re committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals efficiently and effectively. That’s why your coach plays a key role in setting personalized goals for you, which you can easily track from the Lenus app.

How Goals Are Set

Your coach will set specific goals tailored to your needs, whether it’s increasing your daily steps, burning a certain number of calories, or reaching a target weight. These goals are designed to help you stay motivated and on track with your fitness journey.

Managing Your Goals in the App

You have the flexibility to manage them directly from the app on the "Today" or "You" page. Here’s what you can do:

Create Goals: If you have goals already, you can create goals from the "You" page. Otherwise, if you don't have any goals, you can also create them on the "Today" page.

Edit Goals: Adjust the target or the time frame for achieving your goal to better suit your progress or schedule.

Delete Goals: If a goal no longer aligns with your needs or you’ve completed it, you can easily delete it from your app.

This flexibility ensures that your goals remain relevant and achievable, allowing you to stay focused on your health journey.

One Goal Per Activity

To keep things simple and effective, the Lenus app allows only one goal per type of activity. For example, you can have a walking goal or a calorie-burning goal, but not multiple goals of the same type. This ensures that your efforts are concentrated and measurable, helping you reach your objectives without confusion or overlap.
